At The Shoelada, we want you to walk with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your perfect fit and style satisfaction with every step you take.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back into their original Shoelada box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
